Istruzioni di montaggio sella Granucci per Harley Softail -Standard-Night Train-Fat Boy-Springer con ruota posteriore da 200mm

MONTAGGIO SELLA PILOTA
Togliendo la sella lunga originale noterete che la staffa posteriore della sella é fissata con la sua vite su una bussola filettata inserita nel parafango. Sempre sul parafango all’inizio c’è un altro foro eguale                  
a volte ha già inserita un’altra bussola filettata,se non dovesse esserci togliete la bussola precedente, e spostatela in questo primo foro.

Prendete adesso la nostra sella pilota e calzatela con attenzione,prima davanti facendo in modo che la staffa posta sotto la sella si infili sotto il serbatoio(nella stessa sede dove alloggiava la staffa della sella originale).

Il foro della staffa posteriore deve appoggiarsi e combaciare con la bussola filettata sul parafango, se ancora non coincide tenendo la sella con due mani sui fianchi spingetela lentamente in avanti premendola anche verso il basso (di solito sono sufficienti 1 o 2 cm), fino a far combaciare il foro della staffa con la bussola filettata.

Bloccate la staffa alla bussola utilizzando la stessa vite posteriore della sella originale.

Fate queste semplici operazioni senza fretta con cura ed attenzione evitando urti violenti o sfregamenti contro il telaio della moto o contro il bordo del serbatoio.

MONTAGGIO SELLINO PASSEGGERO
IMPORTANTE: se la moto monta il portapacchi posteriore il nostro sellino posteriore non può essere montato

               Quando si vuole montare anche il sellino posteriore procedete in questo modo:

 1.    Prendete il nostro sellino, noterete che avvitato sulla base c’è un bullone/vite,svitatelo.
        Con quel bullone bloccate il sellino da sotto il parafango, passando dal foro originale sul parafango, quello dove  prima era fissata posteriormente la sella originale.
Attenzione,se nel foro sul parafango c’è la bussola filettata originale questa va tolta prima.

2.  Adesso appoggiate il sellino sul parafango riavvitando da sotto il parafango il bullone/vite.
Fissatelo davanti facendo appoggiare la staffa alla staffa della sella anteriore utilizzando la stessa vite, facendo attenzione che la vite sia sufficientemente lunga a bloccare entrambe le staffe.

N.B. Ricordarsi sempre di calzare la sella con cura e attenzione evitando in fase di montaggio urti o sfregamenti contro il serbatoio e il telaio della moto. Ricordarsi inoltre di controllare periodicamente la bulloneria e tutti i sistemi di fissaggio della sella che a causa delle vibrazioni potrebbero allentarsi!

1.   Removing the original long saddle you will notice that the saddle’s back bracket is fastened with a screw in a threaded bush inserted in the mudguard. In the beginning of the mudguard there is another hole, in which, sometimes, there is another threaded bush. If the bush should not be there, remove the other one and put it in this hole.

2.   Now take our pilot saddle and fit it carefully. First fit the front part making sure that the bracket under the saddle tucks under the tank (in the same place where the bracket of the original saddle was inserted).
The hole of the back bracket must rest and must coincide with the threaded bush on the mudguard. If it should not coincide, hold the saddle with both hands on the sides and slowly push it forward while pressing downward (generally 1 or 2 centimetres are sufficient), until the hole of the bracket coincides with the threaded bush.
Fasten the bracket to the bush using the same back screw of the original saddle.
3.   Carry out these simple steps without hurry, with care and attention avoiding violent bangs or rubbing against the motorcycle’s frame or tank.

IMPORTANT: our pillion cannot be applied if  motorcycle has a luggage carrier.

To fit the back saddle proceed as follows:

1.  Take our saddle. You will notice that at the base there is a bolt/nut. Unscrew this.
Use the bolt to fasten the saddle from below the mudguard going through the original hole in the mudguard (the hole is the one where the original saddle was fastened). Warning, first remove the bush in the hole of the mudguard if present.  

2.  Now rest the saddle on the mudguard and fasten the bolt/nut from below. Fasten the front making the bracket rest on the bracket of the front saddle using the same screw and making sure that the screw is sufficiently long to hold both brackets.

N.B. Always remember to slip  the saddle on with care and attention, to avoid  impacts or frictions onto the tank and the motor-bike frame. Remember to periodically check the bolts and nuts as well as every saddle tightening part, which could loosen from vibrations !
